At Bank of America, Paul focused on capital raising and
mergers and acquisitions in the enterprise software, Internet, and
semiconductor sectors. His M&A advisory transactions include
buyout of Philips
Semiconductor by KKR and Silver Lake Partners, Frictionless Commerce's
acquisition by SAP, Hummingbird's acquisition by OpenText, and Sirenza
Microdevices' acquisition by RF Micro Devices.
Paul graduated from Stanford University with a BA
in Economics and was a member of the football team. Paul
